Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a FP&A professional to lead financial review, forecasting, projections, and budgeting. The role partners with business stakeholders to deliver fact-based spending insights and strategic options.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week onsite at our Warsaw, IN or Englewood, CO offices. You will prepare P&L and cash flow budgets, define KPIs, analyze variances, and support long-range planning while mentoring Associate Analysts and collaborating across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4 years of relevant experience required, or
• Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience
• 5+ years of finance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare P&L and cash flow budgets and projections in line with business objectives
• Define and calculate KPIs to track progression and compare to projections
• Conduct variance analysis of sales, spending, headcount and cashflows
• Run trend and scenario analyses to identify opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
• Maintain Hyperion Planning data submissions and integrity
• Provide ad-hoc financial support for decision-making
• Prepare reporting & presentations for upper management reviews
• Mentor junior analysts in FP&A processes
