Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support our Finance team in a DoD government contracting environment. You will manage post-award financials, pre-award pricing, and division FP&A under FAR/DCAA/DFARS rules, reporting to the Director of Finance.

The role requires 7+ years in project finance or pricing, SME ERP skills (Unanet/Costpoint), advanced Excel, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project control, project finance, FP&A, or government contract pricing.
• 3+ years direct experience preparing Federal cost proposals.
• Demonstrated expertise and understanding of FAR, DCAA and DFARS cost principles, indirect rate structures, and the complex financial mechanics of cost-plus, T&M, and firm-fixed-price contracts.
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) level capabilities with a government contractor ERP - Unanet, Deltek Costpoint, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling: complex formulas, pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, large data sets. Ability to design, build, train, and sustain complex pricing models.
• Ability to communicate financial positions credibly, written and orally, to program managers and executives.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, with the ability to obtain U.S. government secret-level clearance.
• Role operates as hybrid remote, with 3 days in person per week at JRC HQ DC.

Responsibilities

• Post-award project execution financial management including EAC, revenue forecasting, variance and fee-optimization analysis.
• Review contract data and coordinate with contracts to ensure accurate project accounting lines, funding values, and billing structures.
• Oversee the project subcontractor PO and requisition process and ensure proper ERP setup and cost controls.
• Pre-award pricing and finance: develop internal pricing materials and pricing matrix under various contract types, support bid and proposal teams.
• Coordinate with B&P and program management to improve win probability and maintain pipeline accuracy in Unanet.
• Division and corporate FP&A: support annual OPP, budget review, and board presentations; assist with indirect rate management.
• Financial system and initiatives: serve as ERP SME, maintain data feeds, train stakeholders, support finance transformation and SOP updates.
