Rhythm Healthcare is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst in Atlanta, GA. This role involves managing FP&A deliverables and conducting in-depth analyses to support executive decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 0–5 years of finance experience, ideally in corporate FP&A. The position offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $95,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to own recurring deliverables end-to-end.
• Corporate FP&A experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders for monthly forecasting process.
• Prepare month-end variance analysis with written commentary.
• Evaluate pricing actions and competitive positioning.

Skills

Advanced Excel modeling skills

Strong analytical rigor

Excellent written and verbal communication

Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Experience with NetSuite

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
