SuperAnnotate is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to build the financial operating backbone as we scale. You will partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to automate processes, strengthen internal reporting, and sharpen forecasting accuracy, delivering insights that drive GTM decisions.

You will own budgeting, performance analysis, and KPI dashboards, aligning financial outcomes with operational execution and strategic initiatives in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; ability to work efficiently with large, messy datasets and produce clean outputs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; comfortable building models from scratch and improving existing ones
• Solid accounting fundamentals and understanding of accrual accounting, revenue recognition concepts, and how financials flow through the books
• Experience working in a SaaS, marketplace, AI, or data-driven business
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools (not required, but a plus)
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen operational automation and internal reporting.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and deliver insights that inform business and GTM decisions.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cadence across the business with functional leaders.
• Deliver actionable financial analysis (variance, ROI, performance tracking) to guide leadership decisions.
• Build and maintain metrics dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and enhance accountability.
• Develop automation to reduce manual work and increase speed and accuracy.
• Support strategic initiatives including scenario planning and board/investor reporting.
