Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Global Consumer Products FP&A team to consolidate forecasts, budgets, and results, and to deliver clear business insights. You will partner with Controllership and regional finance to ensure accurate reporting and drive performance across the consumer products portfolio.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A, a finance-related degree, and strong analytics. The position supports a hybrid schedule with four days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A and/or finance-related fields combined.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• CPA, CA, CMA or other professional accounting/finance designation a plus
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge required
• Experience in Consumer Products, Media & Entertainment or Financial Consolidations a plus
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and high standards in quality and accurate reporting
• Experience with SAP preferred (S4/SAC)

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation and analysis of Global Consumer Products P&L during forecast, budget, long-range plan, quarter-end close, and HQ pacing.
• Support other revenue forecasting and variance analysis across forecast and quarter close.
• Own components of the Global Consumer Products P&L, including consolidation, reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly close processes with Controllership for timely reporting.
• Assist cost-related deliverables including overhead expenses and T&E actualization.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Controllership, Regional FP&A, IT, and Contracts Operations.
• Coordinate with Regional Finance to meet company goals on time.
• Lead or assist special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and risks.
