Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience using SAP for financial analysis and planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including actual results, variance analysis, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze actual results against forecasts and the business plan, identifying key drivers and discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of management reporting packages and financial presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain financial data sets and ensure reporting inputs are accurate and supported.
• Support planning and forecasting: annual budget, periodic forecasts, business plan, and strategic inputs.
• Track forecast updates and monitor alignment with operational inputs.
