Job summary

ZT Group Int'l. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with executives and drive financial performance in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will own planning cycles, build and refine financial models, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate across Engineering and Operations, standardize FP&A processes, and present executive-ready reports. A degree in finance/accounting and 5+ years in FP&A are preferred, with advanced Excel, ERP

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
• 5+ years FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting for assigned business units.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, and FCF.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, long-range planning, and capex.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize data from Engineering, Operations, etc. to identify root causes and solutions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Standardize FP&A processes and tools to drive efficiency.

About the Role

The Senior FP&A Analyst is a strategic partner responsible for driving financial performance and supporting executive decision-making. This role combines accounting and analytical expertise to interpret results, provide strategic foresight, and manage integrated planning and budgeting cycles. The analyst will focus on optimizing capital and resource use to plan for growth and evaluate investments within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting for assigned business units.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) to drive accountability.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, long-range planning, and capital expenditures.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Synthesize data from various departments (Engineering, Operations, etc.) to determine root causes and create solutions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Standardize FP&A processes and tools to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar finance function, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and take initiative independently.
