Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with forecasting ownership.
• Experience in consumer lending, POS/financing, fintech with loan-level economics.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint; SQL for data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to senior leadership with accuracy and narrative clarity.
• Lead variance analysis against budget/forecast, identify root causes, and surface recommendations.
• Build and deliver presentations for executive leadership and Board audiences.
• Review and mentor junior analysts; act as a technical resource on reporting standards.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end/year-end close; resolve complex questions.
