Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support local management with financial reporting, control, invoicing, and client billing processes. The role covers month-end close, cost analysis, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial projects to improve cost efficiency while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The position is full-time and remote within the USA, offering a base pay range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably within the area of Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting, FP&A or finance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Play a significant role in the accurate and timely preparation of internal financial reporting and analysis.
• Reporting of actual results and analysis vs. plan.
• Assist operations regarding cost budgets, quarterly forecasts and other financial planning activities.
• Publish periodic financial reports, including accounts payable, freight and consumable metrics, to provide department owners and leadership visibility to financial results.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial information to identify trends and opportunities; recommend improvements to drive cost efficiencies while balancing operational needs.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and cost accruals.
• Complete the monthly Client Profitability Model.
• Plan, organize and manage workload to meet monthly financial reporting deadlines.
