Capital One is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the Commercial FP&A team in McLean, VA. This role offers autonomous ownership of the P&L and financial reporting across budget, forecast, variance analysis, and headcount, supporting Corporate Banking.

You will deliver actionable insights to business partners and help streamline FP&A processes to drive efficiency for the team. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in financial analysis are required; MBA/CFA/CPA are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with financial modeling.

• Full P&L ownership, including financial reporting for budget, forecast, and variance analysis across balance sheets, revenue, expenses and headcount.
