Job summary

CGC is seeking a Senior Associate, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. You will build and maintain models, perform variance analyses, and provide insights to executives and department heads.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach within a flexible hybrid work environment. A passion for CGC’s mission in clean energy and infrastructure finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in CGC’s mission and in clean energy, climate finance, infrastructure, economic development, investment, or related areas.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain financial models and analyze complex data.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead components of annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.
• Prepare timely financial reports and dashboards for FP&A leadership and business partners.
• Collaborate with leaders across CGC to monitor spending, allocate resources, and improve reporting accuracy.
