Job summary

The Chemours Company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at the NA-US Wilmington Office in Wilmington, DE. You will lead cash flow forecasting, analyze variances, and partner across treasury and operations to improve liquidity and financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in business finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and expertise in Power BI, Excel, and SAP analytics. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related area of study.
• 5+ years of business finance/accounting/strategic financial experience.
• Experience owning enterprise cash forecasting and liquidity planning processes.
• Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flows).
• Strong understanding of non-GAAP KPI’s (Adj. EBITDA, Free Cash Flows, Adj. Net Income).
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Organized, accurate and detail oriented.
• Analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Desire to work in multi-cultural, global environments.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with exposure to Business and Finance Leadership.
• Knowledge of core financial systems: Power BI, Excel, SAP, SAP Analytics for MS Office, SAP PCA, SAP FI) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow forecasts for liquidity planning.
• Evaluate forecast assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Analyze actual cash performance vs forecasts and drive improvements for accuracy.
• Monitor key working capital drivers (AR, AP, Inventory).
• Partner with Treasury to align forecasts with results.
• Provide decision support through financial insights.
• Recommend operational improvements to improve liquidity and performance.
• Enhance forecast accuracy and stress-test cash flow by business segment.
• Prepare ad hoc scenario analyses.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders for financial visibility.
