Job summary

Vouch, Inc. is seeking a seasoned financial analyst to own headcount tracking, budget versus actual reporting, and monthly close deliverables. You will deliver reports to management, the Board, and investors, and contribute to cost-to-serve and LTV calculations in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will report to the Head of Finance on a small team, gaining exposure to leadership from day one, with hybrid work in major U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting roles requiring transactional analysis.
• Experience building a bottoms-up opex budget and understanding how it comes together.
• Ability to communicate financial results clearly to non-finance audiences.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where reporting categories can change.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount tracking and budget vs. actual reporting.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for management, the Board, investors, and third parties.
• Support annual budget builds and ongoing forecast updates.
• Support monthly close deliverables including accrual calculations and vendor coding questions.
• Calculate and process monthly partnerships payouts and contribute to cost-to-serve and LTV methodology.
