Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query).
• Experience with Anaplan, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data to insights.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analyses for Plant Operations, CMC, Quality, and Global Safety & Pharmacovigilance.
• Provide financial insights to support operational decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly deliverables: accruals, journal entries, reclasses, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Analyze spending trends and optimize resource utilization.
• Review POs in Dynamics 365 to ensure budget alignment; assess contracts' financial impact.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close.
• Leverage Anaplan, Power BI, and automation to improve reporting and forecasting.
• Drive process improvements in finance systems and reporting.
• Engage in cross-functional projects within Finance and Accounting.
