Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or life sciences.
• 4 years of experience in finance, buyer, or purchasing role.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Experience using ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned departments to understand their purchasing needs.
• Assist internal business partners with purchase requests and process requisitions and orders.
• Manage urgent purchase requests and priorities.
• Mitigate purchasing, delivery and lead time issues.
• Support the implementation of technology that supports efficient purchasing.
• Serve as liaison between internal team and vendor for pricing and performance.
• Support procurement spend analysis and future supply needs.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to improve team efficiency and processes.
• Recommend preferred vendors and opportunities for consolidation.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to ensure process compliance.
