• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 4 years increasing financial responsibility; Working understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with FP&A, revenue recognition controls, contracts, business cases, forecasting, and proposal reviews.
• PowerBI, SharePoint, BOBJ, and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist operational departments in budget preparation; develop staffing and revenue/margin/expense plans.
• Prepare reports on operational/strategic initiatives; analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze actual performance vs budgets/forecasts; report on risks and opportunities; support corrective actions.
• Perform in-depth analysis for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate financial processes and implement continuous improvements; report savings.
