Gulfstream Aerospace seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Mesa, AZ to lead budgets, forecasts and financial reporting for operational business units. You will partner with management to analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous process improvements.

The role requires strong FP&A skills, GAAP understanding, and experience with PowerBI, SharePoint, BOBJ and advanced Excel. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance is required, with a Master's preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 4 years with increasing financial responsibility; GAAP understanding.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Supports budget preparation and staffing/revenue/expense plans with management.
• Prepares reports on operational/strategic initiatives and analyzes variances.
• Delivers timely analysis of actual performance vs budgets/forecasts and advises on actions.
• Performs in-depth analyses for operational/strategic needs.
• Identifies and implements continuous financial process improvements.
