Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Westlake, TX on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with executives and VPs to steward budgets, influence strategic priorities, and shape short- and long-term consolidated financial models beyond spreadsheet reporting.

You’ll own budget-to-actuals, quarterly reviews, and annual planning for your groups, build ad hoc models, and improve processes for board-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or analytics-related field.
• Hands-on experience managing budgets and producing reporting for leadership.
• Strong Excel and GSuite skills.
• Experience building complex financial models and problem-solving.
• Self-aware, proactive communication style and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
