Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5–8 years of FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related finance experience.
• Advanced Excel-based financial modeling required.
• Experience delivering executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders and private equity investors.
• Big 4 management consulting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Model financial scenarios to support forecasting, strategic planning, and investment decisions.
• Evaluate performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Consolidate executive-level reporting for leadership, board meetings, and PE stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership and private equity investors on strategic decisions.
• Present findings with clear business judgment to senior stakeholders.

Compensation: Salary range $130k to $150k + Bonus (based on experience)

North Brunswick, NJ

• Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A.
• Participate in financial modeling, executive-level reporting, and strategic decision support, working closely with leadership and private equity investors.
• Candidate must have strong business judgement, the ability to present financial understandings clearly, and confidence in handling questions from senior stakeholders.
• Develop advanced financial models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and investment decisions
• Evaluate financial performance trends, risks, and opportunities
• Consolidate executive-level reporting for leadership, board meetings, and private equity stakeholders
• Must be a confident finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5 - 8 minimum years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related finance roles
• Advanced expertise in Excel-based financial modeling (required)
• Strong experience building and delivering executive-level PowerPoint presentations
• Proven ability to work directly with C-level stakeholders and/or private equity investors
• Earlier experience with a Big 4 Management consulting practice is preferrable.
