Ontic, a leading global aerospace OEM, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst for our Miramar, FL site. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Value Stream leaders to improve margin, labor productivity, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, finance, or related analyst experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial model-building.

Responsibilities

• Be a major stakeholder and driver of the annual Budget, quarterly Forecast, and weekly Flash processes with business leaders.
• Analyze performance against budget/forecast with focus on sales, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow and KPIs.
• Track and interpret key financial and operational data including margin, labor productivity, inventory, WIP, bookings, throughput and cash flow.
• Partner with Value Stream leaders, Operations, and site leadership to identify risks and opportunities and drive improvement.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Snowflake, OneStream, Power BI, and Excel; support monthly close and ad hoc analyses.

You will report to the FP&A Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Value Stream leaders to understand and drive financial and operational performance. The role will support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, with a strong focus on margin, labor productivity, costreduction, and operational KPIs.
