Job summary

Heartland Bank and Trust Company seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead interest rate risk modeling, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting. You will collaborate with business leaders to deliver timely insights and drive performance.

You will manage the planning model, produce monthly reports (income statement, balance sheet, KPIs), and create dashboards to monitor liquidity and business results, supporting management with ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Finance or Accounting and minimum 5 years bank or corporate finance preferred or equivalent
• Familiarity with Asset Liability Model and Planning/Forecasting Model
• Familiarity with Jack Henry Silverlake core system
• Familiarity with report writing tools such as Cognos or Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and visualizations

Wage Range: Min: $74,513, Mid: $97,454, Max: $120,394

A Brief Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst executes interest rate risk, budgeting and forecasting modeling, while supporting management reporting and variance analysis. The role works closely with business line leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights that drive performance.
