Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, and performance analysis in a large enterprise environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, models and reporting.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate operational and financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and support monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.

This role will partner closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights, drive planning initiatives, and support decision‑making processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial planning and forecasting, advanced analytical capabilities, financial systems expertise, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non‑finance business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
