Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Dexian is assisting their client in the Atlanta area (South Fulton) with a need on the Finance team. This is a Financial Analyst role that would report to the FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance, support decision-making, and project future trends.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports highlighting financial results, key variances, and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with senior management and operational teams to analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.
• Support financial planning for major projects, including market expansion, operational efficiencies, and new product launches.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor company performance against key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on cash flow, profitability, and cost management.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial results and recommend data-driven corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance tracking tools to enhance visibility and accountability.

Special Projects & Process Improvement

• Conduct ad hoc analyses in support of strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business optimization efforts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining financial processes, reporting methods, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Previous experience with Excel, ERP systems and SQL.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or consumer products.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
