National Capitol Contracting, LLC is seeking a Senior Foundry Developer to design, build, and maintain Palantir Foundry-based data pipelines, models, and dashboards for the Navy's digital logistics program. The role combines software development, data engineering, and operational insight to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions while adhering to security and compliance requirements.

Onsite at the Navy Yard, DC, with an active Secret clearance required and a collaboration with Navy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field plus significant experience.
• 9+ years of professional software development, data engineering, or related work.
• Hands-on Foundry development experience and data pipeline expertise.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with enterprise data-processing exposure.
• Experience with Databricks and BI tools (Qlik/Power BI).
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable Foundry solutions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and engineer Foundry platform components end-to-end.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data products and dashboards.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and data models.
• Create ontologies, workflows, and operational features in Foundry.
• Ensure data governance, security, and access controls.
• Collaborate with Navy stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
