• 10+ years combined ML research and engineering with significant LLM exposure.
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch; able to scale transformer fine-tuning.
• Experience fine-tuning transformer models at non-trivial scale; strong evaluation design.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and operationalize fine-tuning workflows for LLMs across supervision, preference-based, and RL approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, operations, business) to translate requirements into solid solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure production-grade reliability and shipping velocity.
