Job summary

Dynamism is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own the most complex partner deployments end to end, and to set the technical bar for environments, evaluations, and reliability. This on-site role is based in San Francisco or New York and requires hands-on ownership from day one.

You will collaborate with researchers and customers, shape deployment infrastructure, and drive credible results that inform frontier model behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest partner deployments end to end.
• Set the technical bar for how the team understands requests, builds environments and evaluations, and reports results.
• Establish standards for failure analysis, observability, and partner communication.
• Handle escalations where research validity, delivery speed, and precision matter.
• Build reusable systems and patterns to raise deployment quality across the team.
