You will oversee technical delivery, collaborate on proofs of concept, and engage deeply with partners to implement bespoke solutions. Candidates should have solid experience with blockchain infrastructure and excellent documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on depth across Avalanche (or comparable L1/L2) stack, able to design and ship solutions without senior backup.
• Proven ability to leverage modern coding assistants for production-grade output at speed.
• Ability to close loops, build runbooks, and maintain tracked artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Own FDE technical delivery across a named set of institutional partners.
• Design and implement solutions that operate within institutional constraints.
• Contribute to and maintain developer tooling and SDK for partner deployments.
