Job summary

Federato is seeking a Senior forward deployed engineer to drive scoping and delivery of complex implementations across the insurance policy lifecycle. You will be the technical escalation point for integrations, lead discovery calls, influence architecture, and mentor junior FDEs.

You will be heavily hands-on, coding in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, while supporting a remote-first team across the US and Canada. Base salary ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 with stock options and benefits.
