Forward Deployed Engineer embedding on-site with strategic customers to write production agents, integrations and data pipelines on Redpanda's Agentic Data Plane (ADP) — inside the customer's own environment and codebase, built for clean handoff. Remote-first US; reports to the Head of FDE; 30–50% travel during active engagements. Bonus for streaming/real-time systems (Kafka/Flink) and regulated or air-gapped environments.
