Job summary

The Role

We are looking for a technical powerhouse who is equally comfortable in a code editor and a customer boardroom. You will spend your time solving the "last mile" problem—ensuring our customers can successfully adopt and get value from our platform.

You are a problem solver with deep user empathy, outstanding customer communication , and strong software engineering chops. This is a role for engineers who love wearing multiple hats: you will craft data pipelines, write Python code, and interact directly with high‑value customers. You will be a key member of a talented, interdisciplinary team building an AI platform from the ground up.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead Technical Onboarding: Architect data pipelines to ingest complex geospatial datasets and ensure seamless customer adoption.
• Bridge the Gap: Develop custom features in Python and capture nuanced product requirements to guide our roadmap.
• Build & Deliver: Design software solutions and integrations that deliver immediate, tangible value to our customers.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with other engineers, account managers, domain experts, and PMs to align technical execution with business goals.

What You Should Have

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong customer‑facing track record.
