Job summary

Mural Group is seeking engineers to build and run AI agents inside large customers' systems. Remote (US) role with competitive package including $180,000-$240,000 salary, bonus, and equity. You will own integration, prompts, evals and iteration with no handoff.

You will deploy agents, integrate with APIs and databases, optimize performance on live traffic, run proofs of concept, and help shape product through field feedback. Strong software, AI/ML background and PM skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software, consulting, AI/ML or forward deployed engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Go.
• Experience with agent frameworks, function calling and RAG.
• Experience with a major cloud, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and deploy AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Integrate with customer APIs, databases and CRMs.
• Tune and troubleshoot agents on live traffic.
• Run demos and proofs of concept, and own milestones to launch.
