Job summary

Tribe is seeking a Forward Deployed Staff Product Designer to craft elegant, intuitive experiences for AI agents and complex enterprise systems. You will partner with forward‑deployed PMs and client teams to translate AI capabilities into clear conversational flows and interactions, navigating ambiguity and defining UX patterns for emerging AI technologies.

You’ll lead design for AI agent experiences, map journeys, create wireframes, and deliver prototypes for stakeholder validation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing digital products with UX and visual design.
• Experience in AI agent interactions: conversation flows and multi-turn dialogs.
• Proficient in Figma and clickable prototypes.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex journeys.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for AI agent experiences (chat and voice).
• Map journeys, IA, and wireframes for complex workflows.
• Translate AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
• Deliver clickable prototypes for stakeholder validation.
• Co-facilitate discovery workshops and define user flows.
