Gurtler Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Formulation Chemist to drive product development, quality, and documentation for our specialty chemicals. The role emphasizes hands-on formulation, scale-up support, and troubleshooting.

You will manage SDS, GHS labeling, and related product documentation while collaborating with Production, Sales, and Technical Service to ensure robust product performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in chemical formulation or industrial chemistry.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on R&D formulation and product development.
• Experience with SDS, GHS labeling, and product documentation.

Aufgaben

• Lead formulation and development of new chemical products.
• Improve existing formulations for performance, stability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Evaluate raw materials for performance and quality.
• Conduct lab testing, product evaluations, and benchmarking.
• Support scale-up from lab to production and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain QC procedures, specs, and testing methods.
• Ensure ISO 9001 quality system compliance.
• Manage SDS, GHS labeling, and product documentation updates.
