Beauty Chain Manufacturing (BCM) is seeking a Senior Formulation Chemist to rapidly develop and innovate color cosmetics, skincare, hair care, body care, and OTC products.

You’ll take formulations from concept through commercialization, partnering with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to market quickly. This role offers opportunities to influence R&D strategy and mentor staff in a fast-paced, cost-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive formulation and product development in cosmetics.
• Experience scaling from lab to full-scale manufacturing.
• Extensive chemistry and raw material knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and develop color cosmetics, skincare, hair care, body care, and OTC products from concept to launch.
• Balance bold innovation with cost-effective ingredient choices to hit target price points.
• Partner with customers to translate briefs into winning formulations and rapid pricing.
• Source innovative materials using vendor relationships and trends knowledge.
• Serve as technical expert and mentor for laboratory staff and cross‑functional teams.
• Scale formulations from lab to production, ensuring quality and stability through tech transfer.
