Job summary

You will use ERP to print tickets, labels, and bills of lading, assist with samples, and help with inventory counts and housekeeping, reporting discrepancies to Shipping Lead.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated forklift experience and internal certification (Paragon's)
• Ability to train others in Shipping Tech duties
• Read and interpret shipping documents accurately
• Proficient in ERP and carrier systems for order processing and labeling
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely in warehouse with small spaces and stage products for shipment.
• Pull print pick tickets, packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels in ERP.
• Assist in samples area and ship sample orders with FedEx system.
• Verify inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report to Shipping Lead.
• Unload inbound trucks, verify counts, and stage products for put-away.
• Support inventories and housekeeping to maintain orderly workspace.
