Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator III in California to support our warehouse operations. You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, load/unload trailers, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience and certification in forklift operation. A handheld scanner is used daily, and you will follow 7S principles to ensure process excellence across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• To be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks (forklifts) and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Utilize a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes
