Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator II to play a key role in moving products and materials within our warehouse in Maryland. You will operate forklifts and order-pickers, utilize a handheld scanner, and help load/unload trailers while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

You will adhere to 7S housekeeping, support process excellence, and contribute to inbound receiving. A minimum of 1 year in a warehouse and a certified forklift operator are expected, with a flexible

Qualifications

1 year of warehouse experience.
Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime

Responsibilities

Operate powered industrial lift trucks (forklifts) and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
Load and unload trailers as required
Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment
Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence
Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
Perform inbound receiving process
