Job summary

West Avenue Compassion is seeking a reliable forklift operator for our Tolleson, AZ facility. The role requires a minimum of two years’ forklift experience, familiarity with WMS systems, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

You must be able to lift up to 55–60 lbs, work overtime including weekends, and contribute to safe, orderly inbound and outbound product movement. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work in a team, and demonstrate strong math

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as lift-truck operator.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with radio-frequency warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move product inbound & outbound using daily use of WMS.
• Report to work on time and on every scheduled work day.
• Lift up to 55 lbs.
• Possibly cut plastic off of product using a sharp object.
