Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Torrance, CA to move goods through our busy warehouse. You will operate forklifts, load and unload shipments, and help maintain accurate inventory while following safety procedures and company policies.

Required: 3+ years forklift experience, HS diploma or GED, forklift certification; dangerous goods certification upon hire. We offer competitive pay, medical and other benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years experience operating forklift (Required).
• Reading and writing English; basic geography knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manually controlled gasoline or electric forklift to pick up, deliver or move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate lifting devices and machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products and equipment.
• Perform regular safety and maintenance checks on machinery.
• Load, unload, and stack materials; weigh and record on production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
