Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Senior to drive analytics and AI-enabled innovation across Forensics offerings. You will translate business requirements into scalable data, analytics, AI, and automation solutions while upholding security, privacy, and risk standards.

You will lead data preparation, model development, testing, deployment, and operationalization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in CS, software engineering, information systems or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience in analytics, AI, or data engineering.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating new AI/software technologies for feasibility and scalability.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, stores, cleanses, and enriches large data from multiple sources.
• Uses advanced analytics to mine and analyze data for insights.
• Designs processes for modeling data and develops predictive models.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to industrialize analytics solutions.
• Supervises junior staff and coordinates project activities.
• Ensures quality, risk management, and alignment with innovation goals.
• Provides coaching on analytical thinking and innovation best practices.
• Supports deployment and operationalization of AI-enabled solutions.
