Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced Senior to lead analytics and AI‑enabled innovation initiatives within Forensics offerings. You translate business needs into scalable data, analytics, AI, and automation solutions while upholding security and risk standards.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, supervise junior staff, and drive adoption of innovative solutions. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, statistics or computational linguistics.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to translate technical and AI concepts into clear, practical use cases for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating emerging software development and AI technologies, tools, and vendors for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with firm strategy.
• Possess at least one professional designation or actively working towards, such as CAP, CFE, or CFCE

Responsibilities

• Gathers, stores, cleanses, and enriches large amounts of data from different structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develops predictive models and leverages big data technology to design solutions that deliver value to the business.
• Designs and constructs new processes for modeling data.
• Monitors, evaluates, and optimizes learning processes to continuously improve high-performance models.
• Works with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine and industrialize analysis into an analytics solution.
• Supervise low level staff and provide directions and control regarding their activities.
• Responsible for contributing to the delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects by delivering agreed activities, applying judgement, and selecting appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations.
