Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CMT license.
• Knowledge of elementary behavior modification techniques, medical terminology, and drug classifications; ability to prepare and maintain records, charts, and reports.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing and related tasks.
• Check vital signs, height and weight; collect and maintain fluid intake/output records.
• Report on client condition and participate in rehabilitation, ambulation and transfers.
• Assist with medication preparation, administration and charting under direction of a professional nurse (as a Certified Medication Technician).
• Some security‑related functions may be required, including medication distribution as needed.
