Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology or forensic science with three years of work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in the same fields with five years of experience.
• Must meet FBI Quality Assurance Standards for analyst incl. coursework in DNA analysis foundations.
• Knowledge of DoD DNA Registry programs and related military services.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes (ANAB) and QA oversight.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead assessor during internal audits of the laboratory against accreditation standards.
• Hold FBI QAS Auditor certifications and ANAB training as applicable.
