Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice servicing real estate/construction clients.
• Certifications required: CPA, CFE, CMA, CFA, CCA, CIA, PMP, PMBOK.
• Experience in management consulting, internal audit, regulatory compliance, and/or forensic engagements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, financials, job cost reports, and policies to identify cost savings and inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess construction project controls and gaps.
• Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations including Davis-Bacon Act.
• Support investigations into fraud, waste, and abuse and regulatory exposure.
• Manage client engagements from planning to budgeting and delivery.
• Lead and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
