Candidates should have 2–5 years of public accounting experience, a bachelor’s or advanced degree in accounting/finance, and be proficient in Excel and Word; travel about 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Intermediate-level Excel and Word skills.
• Travel overnight approximately 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physical damage and business income losses for commercial property insurers.
• Review historical financial and industry information, revenue and expense projections.
• Perform insurance claim evaluations and economic damage analyses.
• Contribute to investigations and reporting within the Investigative Accounting Group.
