Crawl Space Ninja seeks an Experienced Foreman to lead waterproofing and foundation repair projects across North Carolina. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, and coordinate client communications to achieve satisfaction on site.

Starting pay ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, with full-time hours and potential for higher earnings with specialized skills. The role demands physical work, reliability, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must operate construction hand tools safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and work in various types of weather.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Review project details to ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are brought to each job.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
