Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical construction, especially in commercial or industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach other electricians.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and electrical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians.
• Ensure quality and compliance with local and NEC guidelines.
• Develop effective manpower schedules for the team.
