Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical construction in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman Electricians.
• Aptitude for learning how to read and understand blueprints and contract-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers, and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work independently to measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of lighting and general power circuits.
