Job summary

Puyenpa Services LLC is seeking a Senior Foreign Disclosure Support professional for the F-35 JPO Security Services Contract. The role requires the ability to independently perform complex Foreign Disclosure tasks, advise senior government leadership, and coordinate with international partners to support program objectives.

The position is in Arlington, VA or Pax River, MD, full-time, 40 hours per week, and requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent with substitution for experience.
• Ten years of Foreign Disclosure experience required.
• Ability to independently fulfill Foreign Disclosure requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Experience with aircraft programs and systems preferred.
• Experience delivering briefings to flag officers and senior leadership.
• Ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level Foreign Disclosure support for F-35 JPO activities.
• Independently perform Foreign Disclosure tasks and advise government leadership.
• Review and coordinate requests for disclosure to foreign governments and partners.
• Support development, staffing, and tracking of Foreign Disclosure documentation.
• Advise program teams on disclosure policies and requirements.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Engage with senior officials, program managers, and security personnel.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across organizations and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members supporting Foreign Disclosure activities.
• Ensure processes align with government policies and program objectives.
• Coordinate with security, international affairs, acquisition, engineering and sustainment stakeholders.
