Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sr. Data Scientist to design and maintain predictive models forecasting member demand, care utilization, and provider network capacity.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success to drive data-informed decisions across business lines. The role requires 5+ years in data analysis, strong stats background, and expertise in Python, SQL, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis in an industry setting with forecasting experience.
• Experience with time series data and partner with business/operations teams.
• Graduate-level statistics coursework; MS preferred.
• Strong Python skills for data cleaning, analysis, APIs, and automation.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requests into data research questions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain predictive models to forecast demand and capacity.
• Develop analytical frameworks and translate data insights into business recommendations.
• Collaborate to scale forecasting processes with company growth.
• Build robust data pipelines with data engineers and ingest data sources.
• Handle time-sensitive ad-hoc data requests for leadership and stakeholders.
